This site is intended chiefly to be informative--first and foremost about living in University Gardens, but also more broadly, reflecting some of the riches available in Great Neck and Long Island. The site may prove particularly useful to new residents, and we urge you to call it to their attention.
Specifically, with respect to University Gardens, the links listed under "Info for Homeowners" on the navigation panel at the top of the screen provide you with easy access to information about the utilities and services available in University Gardens and to the regulations of the Town of North Hempstead that are most pertinent for the Gardens. Under "News" are alerts and announcements from the Board of Directors to UG homeowners. Under "About University Gardens" you can find the rich history of our neighborhood as well as archives of old newsletters and pictures. Under "Resources" we will have useful links and phone numbers for families and individuals about the popular sites and events in Great Neck and Long Island.
